For the winter months books will open every month on the 28th at 9pm.
All appointments must be booked through our website, everything we have available will be posted on the 28th
No rescheduling allowed within the week of your appointment. reschedule prior to a week before through the confirmation email
We take a maximum of 13 clients a week per technician, all appointments after those 13 will be charged overtime fees
If there are no available times on our website, we are booked out for the day.
If the time you are looking for isn’t on the website, you may text us and ask for a squeeze in. fees will apply.

Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable within the week, they do go towards your remaining balance
No rescheduling allowed within a week from your appointment. Meaning if you book on the 28th for the 2nd Tuesday, you can reschedule up to the 1st Tuesday of that month.
All services are non- refundable
Payments are taken through square with a 3.5% fee- tap, Apple Pay, Cash App, Card or Cash with no fee

Please text us as soon as you know you’re running behind
10 minute grace period, after that your appointment is subject to be cancelled
We try not to cancel but If we have to modify your service due to your tardiness, you will be charged for what you booked originally
We schedule clients back to back, please respect everyone's time and be on time.
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email. please remember deposits is non-refundable
Same day cancellation results in $15 rebooking fee
No call, no show = blocked from booking

Each employees opening hours may vary due to their personal life, hours may very but we usually open 9:30-8pm Monday Tuesday Thursday, 4-9 Sundays and 9:30-5 Fridays
The pedicure station is on a platform, you must be able to go up two steps to be serviced
We do allow fixes up to two weeks, text us if you chip polish or acrylic
